About

The HKS Alumni Pride Caucus connects LGBTQ+ alumni of Harvard Kennedy School and helps build a stronger alumni community rooted in belonging, leadership, and public service.

We want this caucus to be a place where alumni can show up as they are, reconnect across years and sectors, celebrate one another’s work, and stay engaged with the broader life of HKS. LGBTQ+ alumni belong in every part of public life, and alumni spaces should reflect the diversity, complexity, and leadership already present across this community.

At a time when many institutions are being asked difficult questions about inclusion, belonging, and democratic participation, alumni spaces still matter because they help people remember that institutions are shaped by relationships, not only by policy.

We are rebuilding with the belief that community matters, visibility matters, and leadership matters.
